I have yet to see "Exit Through the Gift Shop" and know little about it, but apparently Thierry Guetta (aka Mr. Brainwash) is responsible for the movie and I had no idea until today. I find his work fascinating and currently have two pieces hanging in my apartment, so this movie has become a must-see as of this moment. Being reminded of his work this evening, I decided to go back through some photographs I took a few months ago at an exhibit of his in the Meat Packing District. This is one of his larger mural pieces. Obviously, Andy Warhol is a huge influence in Guetta's pop-graffiti.
